I'm just getting into the sport after riding street bikes for years... Looking for people to ride with... Wondering if anyone wants to meet up and go riding on weekends... Up old women springs road someplace, or toward Pioneer Town someplace or even the in town places like sage road/ or acoma... Or Joshua tree or wherever...

When you are coming up Highway 62 towards Joshua Tree on the left hand side of the street is Water Canyon Coffee Shop (the best Coffee and nice people)... That part of town is called Old Town Yucca Valley... The street originates right there it's called Pioneer Town Road... Pioneer Town three miles up it is an old movie set from the old westerns filmed there... Gene Autry & Roy Rogers filmed there among many others... There is the OK corral... And the infamous Pap's and Harriots Bar and Grill they have great food and bands and was originally used for movies... Lots and lots of movies were filmed there... Their is even an old bowling alley that Gene Autry built in the 40's to cool off and bowl as a break from filming... It's a pretty amazingly preserved old 40's era AMF bowling alley, with only three or four lanes... Now it still looks like an old western town but businesses take up the buildings and they have various western themed events and stuff like shootouts and quick draws and stuff like that... All kinda of places to ride too...
