YZ 125 00' versus 01' cylinder incompatibility

Hi guys, I just bought myself a project. I got a 00'YZ125 that is blown up and I will need a cylinder but I'm puzzled because in the parts bin I have the stock 2000' crankcase, but with the powervalve parts from a 2001'. I wonder what year cylinder I will be able to buy.
