The floating disc on my 02 YZ is warped, it happen only in 1/8th of the rotor.

When I rotate the front wheel, it is pretty free and will slow and eventually stop at the warped area.

I only found it is warp after a mx race, maybe due to a left side crash. I know OEM is hard to beat, but I'm also looking at aftermarket, or can I still able to use it?

Please advice guys, thanks.

Plenty of people straighten discs. Usually if they are heat warped they will assume their warped position shortly after with more use.

When disc rotors warp the metal gets too hot & expands, either they get a buckle in them, or the outside gets bigger than the inside -they can ‘cone’ - the outside moves to the left or right. This will flex somewhat. Check the rotor is flat with a straight edge to be sure.

I have straightened a few with mixed results, I suspect generally the dinged ones have been successful.

A manufacturer would probably frown on this practise for liability reasons. Be sensible & you will be ok.
