Hi all, i have a 99 yz 400 and i have just fitted a new carb but icannot get the set up right, can someone tell me the right settings?

Altitude? Temp? Roughly, 42 pilot, 173-178 main, and 1.5 out on the pilot screw should be in the ballpark. Fine tune from there.

New carb? Same as stock? In addition to temp and altitude you'd have to take into consideration what fuel you're running. Are you riding in deep sand or loafing around in the trees?

You'd probably be better off telling people your current jetting and explaining your symptoms.
