I'm looking for a pipe to yeild a little more mid top power. Has anyone tried different types/manufactures? Any comments on the pipe model and power characteristics would be appreciated:)

Spend the money on porting... forget the pipe.

If you do want the cool shiny pipe however a Pro-Circuit, and a Bills pipe will add to the top end of your bike, not a huge amout but they will

$150 on porting or $150 on a pipe/silencer? Easy call. Pipes are great if you've damaged the stock one...
Pipes are great if you want the bike to "look" aftermarket..

Porting makes a difference you cant actually FEEL.
