01 cr - want flatter seat

I ride an 01 cr 250. The seat is now very soft and it feels like I'm sitting in a boat. Is there a good after market pre assembled seat that makes it flatter for making it easier to situp closer to the tank? I'm not sure if the stock foam is what I need. I'm 5.11 and have never tried the taller seat foam on this bike. Any advice appreciated.

It's because your seat foam is worn out. I'd probably just buy one of those SDG stock replacement seats for abouit $80. It's hard to go wrong.

Or what you could do is use a razor blade and trim the foam so that it is at the right height for you and put the cover back on.
