02' 300 EXC Rear Brake Lock Up

I have had my 02' 300 EXC's rear brake lock up on me three times now when it gets hot. Each time it happens I can crack open the bleed screw on the slave cylinder and it releases. I suspect that there must be air in thar somwhere but have completely purged the system with new fluid several times and it still will do it.

Anybody else had this problem? Any solutions? Is there a trick to getting all the air out?

Are you sure you have some freeplay in the shaft that pushs the plunger on the master cylinder? Maybe the brakes aren't releasing all of the way.
