02' to an 06' yz250f convert.

i have an 02' yz250f and a full rolling 06yz250f no motor. wire harness air box, carb, oil tank, exhaust all on the 06' my question is will basically a bare 02 motor bolt in?

if you have both sitting there, do some measuring and you'll find out right directly.
