03-04 RM250 Parts interchangeability.

I've read great stuff on the 04 motor.I guess all that's really changed is a stiffer powervalve spring,updated powervalve sub valves,new slide,needle,head,new round edge ring.They also opened up the exhaust port 2mm x 2mm.
From what I'm hearing this thing rips,with crisp bottom/mid.
Do any of you guys know any Suzuki experts who can tell if these goodies will fit an 03 ? Thanks,Doug
