Ok guys, need your help. I have an 03 RM250 that runs rich, leaves black soot all over my fender. I'm at sea level. I run sunoco 93 fuel with maxima oil at 36:1, ngk BR8EV plug, stock motor, twin air filter, v force reed block(reeds are ok). Carb is set at 162 main- 45 pilot -stock needle at 2nd groove from top and stock slide, air screw 1.5-2 turns out. Bills pipe and pro circuit shorty silencer that just got repacked. It's been doing this ever since I bought the bike a couple months ago. Any ideas?
