Does anyone know if the new '03 WR250f electric start bolt up to the '01 or '02 YZ250f? I know the airbox and side shrouds changed so the battery could be mounted, but are the cases unchanged? If so will it bolt up? It would be great if it did!!!
The cases are much different in order to accomodate the starting motor. If you look at a picture you will see a small area just below and behind the cylinder case. It looks like the transmission gearing has basically been moved back slightly to accomodate the starter.
