05 RMZ cylinder coating question?
The coating in the cylinder of my RMZ started flaking off. I noticed a ticking sound in the motor and found that the flaking of the cylinder was hitting against the piston on the exhaust side. Has anyone had this problem? Did you just replace the cylinder and piston, or was the crank bearing bad? I've got some side to side movement on the rod and I can move it up and down a very small amount (probably only couple thounsandths) any ideas?
