hey i just bought a new yz 250 f...and the suspension is way too stiff for me. i know what to do with the sag settings but i was wondering what settings i should use for the compressin damper and rebound damper settings on both the forks and rear shock(in clicks out from the maximum setting). and also i weigh 165 pounds and ride mostly medium to hard packed tracks with alot of jumps and whoops. any help would be greatly appreciated
