Does anybody know what the stock jetting is for a 1987 kdx 80. This one has had a carb kit put in it. The needle clip is on the last (top) position and it's too rich. Both the pilot and main. Fresh top and bottom rebuild and it's spooging pretty bad. :whoa:

According to the parts diagrams at www.buykawasaki.com the stock main is a 190, the pilot is a 30 and the needle is an O-6. Needle jet is a 5I14.

Never had a KDX80, but all 3 of the bigger KDX's I've owned were jetted way too rich by Kawasaki.

Ok thanks. Guess I should pull the bowl off and see what's in there.

Well I pulled it apart and found the needle is bent, pilot is a 35. Can't make out any numbers on the main jet.
