Hey guys! My bike is in some need of some new plastics. My question is, how new can I go to give my bike a newer look? I know a lot of bike can use more updated plastics and I cant find any information on this. Not to mention there is not a lot out there as far as 1990 stuff anyway. Any help would be great, this site kicks butt!

My '90 looks better than my '00.
Stock plastics, but I have the Ceet Echo graphics and seat cover.
The frame is also powdercoated black, and a black front fender, with a Nickle plated Dyno Port pipe.
Also a special # plate from UFO that hangs down a little over the forks and gets tie-wrapped to the forks (works style),but I don't think it is available anymore.

I also converted an '88 to the newer 89-92 seat, number plates, front and rear fender, but the shrouds didn't work.

I had tried to see if newer parts would work on the '90, but nothing would work, or look as good as the stock plastics.

Ceet doesn't offer the Echo graphics anymore, but
MX South has the Ceet Apex graphics and seat cover.
Click the MXS link at the left.
ZDS077 - graphics
RM940 - seat cover
Also check out UFO plastics, I think the white numberplates help in updating the look.

What flyingZuki said.

You can update to '93-'95 plastics but you need to cahnge the frame tabs and buy a tank and airbox off of e-bay (then UFO shrouds, number plates & fenders); there was one set for sale but quite a few bidders.
