1991 KDX250 carb

I was just given a 1991 KDX250 in good shape but missing the carb. As far as I have been able to find out, it takes a Keihin PWK38. They run close to $300,what I want to know is if a Mikuni will work and what model do I need?

hold on to that bike, the 250's are getting hard to come by!

i have a kdx 250 91 and it has a mikuni carby in it and seems to work fine other at first when i bought the bike it used to foul plugs every 20 minutes until I raised the clip position

Look on e Bay for a used one.
