Hey guys, I have a 1991 KDX250. I've read all the posts about jetting for this bike. I switched out the factory jets to 38/158, and I've modified the stock slide (instead of buying the #6 slide), and I ordered the 1367H from my local dealer. Unfortunately, Kawasaki has discontinued that part, and my dealer said it's no longer available. Does anybody know where I could get a replacement needle? I phoned Sudco, but the OEM # doesn't easily convert to the Keihin part numbers. Does anybody know what the equivalent Keihin number would be for the 1367H needle? Thanks

It's been awhile since I had my 250, but I thought the stock needle was too rich and was a 1368.

A 1367 will be richer, still. On needles, the lower # = a thinner needle. Thinner needle = more fuel getting past, therefore richer.

IMO, you want a 1369 - that will be leaner than your stocker.

you go leaner on the slide, then change the needle. Basically you are changing over to the KX250 jetting along with the gasket and airbox mods.

Yep, I've done the airbox mod and I've got the thinner gasket. The 1367 needle (as recomended by all the posts that I've read), is the last piece I need. I just need to know the Keihen part number of the 1367H needle, so I could order it.
