I tried to adjust my exhaust valve like it said in the book, but when I re-tightened the drive pinion allen bolt and turned the exhaust valve lever in a counterclockwise position there is to much play, kinda loose. I don't think the valve is working properly. Is their any thing else I missed or need to do. Also the sub exhaust valve is not turning when the engine speed is increased.How do I close the valve at the bottom(governor)?Is it safe to ride as is? :bang:
