The Rpm Of The Bike Doesn't Return To Idle Unless You Rap The Throttle Hard. Ok Upto About 2000 Rpm But Anything More And The Revs Don't Come Back To Where They Shouild. Makes Cornering Difficult. I Know The Battery Is Cactus However The Bike Starts Ok & Goes Great A Full Throttle. But Considering It Has An Electric Power Band (1st I've Ever Seen) Could Battery Voltage Be An Issue. 1994 Dt200r Is The Bike, Engine Completely Rebuilt 2 Yrs Ago With Little Use But When Riden Went Fine.help

it has an electric powervalve

and a new battery might make a difference, but I believe the WR200 of that vintage also had the electric powervalve, but I'm not sure if it had a battery.
