1994 kx125,good year?

hey guys,i was just wondering about going from my crf230 to a kx125 i want a 2-stroke but i don't have the money for a brand new 250 or even a 125.This kx125 is from 1994 i have a couple of firends that have a 2-stroke and they say it is in mint condition,brand new pistons and rings,aftermarket pipe on it and a few other things,they also now the guy and tey say he did not drive it hard.Im thinking about gettin this bike.Is the 94 a good year for the kx125? any help or information would greatly help

Yep 94 was really good, I loved that bike. They started messing up the engine in 95.

Had one. Great bike.Had a 145 big bore that made it even better.
