when i rev my 1995 rm 250 exhaust comes out of the tube on top of the cylander. is this normal? ive worked on and ridden bikes my whole life, but this is my first bike with a power valve.

sounds as though your PV is filled with spooge. take it off and clean it out with some heavy duty cleaner.

my mAte has one exact same if it looks like smoke is going from front of bike somewhere near radiator bit lower his does it too..must be a rm thing.i thought it was bad thing 2 apparently not..hope that helps..
