Not quite sure. Is it possible that the CDI box and powerjet sytem had to re-learn how to function correctly? I ended up with the same jetting it originally had, for the exception of the clip in the middle of the needle.
The needle has quite some range. About a third to 2/3 of the throttle. The main reaches also pretty far. If that problem shows again my guess would be a broken wire. I hope nothing will happen, though.
