2001 Rm125 Help Please

I just got a pro circuit pipe and 304 factory silencer,and I'm trying to tune it pc said.

430 main
stock pilot
clip 2 from top
air/fuel screw 1.5 turn

The bottom end sucks it rev out on top though.Any recomendations.
