Hey,

I got a 2002 CR 80 and i love it, when i first got it it started to foul plugs at a 32:1 fuel ratio. I leaned out my fuel ratio and it lessened my plug fouling problems. it still happens to me sometimes.

if oil sprays out of my silencer, I was told by a number of local bike shops that i was running too rich. i guess that means my jetting? What do ya'll recommend with jetting tips on this?

i guess you could relate my plug fouling problems (too rich?) with the oil spraying out of my silencer. oh yeah, i almost forgot, i have a pro circuit pipe and silencer, if that makes any difference to the jetting specs?

any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Yes it does, drop your clip pos. by one and just try it.
Clean your A/filter. Change your silencer packing.
These bikes are not hard to jet at all.
Stick to one ratio. Then jet it. How did you lean your ratio? More Oil?
