I have a 6 month old 2002 Kawasaki KLX 110 4 stroke bike, my 7 year old rides. Its been maintained very well with oil & filter changes. We rode the bike today for about 10 minutes in the back yard & it started dieing as if it were out of gas. The bike will start fine, run for about 30-45 seconds & then die with a rattle sound from the head/carb area ??? Yes it has oil in it. It's had a new plug, not recently, but I wouldn't think the plug would let it start & then die ???
The bike had a history of dieing out if it were taken through the slightest bit of water, but always fired back up and ran fine. ??? I've never heard of a bike this new with problems.
