2003 70r title or not?

i have a guy in my neiborhood that has a 2003 70r that he cant get to stay running so now he wants to sell it. he said it was sold to him with only a bill of sale. do the smaller bikes have titles or just bill of sales.

Depends on the state it was origonally sold in here in Wis offroad bikes just have a bill of sale

All bikes should come with a Manufacturers Statement of Origin.

Get the Vin and run it through your local PD.
