2003 RM125 Barrel

Hi my flatmate just seized his bike. The barrel has some markings in it, that may be sanded out but im trying to tell him to get a new one.

Anyone know where to get a new one or a great second hand one from? Cheap lol

Also I will be needing it to be shipped to New Zealand as the price of a new barrel here he could buy a new bike lol

How much does a new barrel cost over there (I'm assuming you're talking about the cylinder)? I just looked on a web site and it showed the "Cylinder Set" as costing $471.21.

I could call around to some used parts places but since the bike isn't that old it would be harder to find one but not impossible. Also if a bike that is only a couple of years old has been scrapped then I you would wonder what went wrong bad enough that it's worth junking... could be buying some damaged goods if you know what I mean.
