I would start with the basics, set rider height to ensure you have the correct springs for your weight. Play with your fork and shock clickers, fork oil height, be sure to give the suspension a few rides to bed in.
I saw one at the races last sunday, looked firm but otherwise ok. It sounded really strong, more like a 450 than a 250.
