2004 PW50 Red Sticker???

I'm thinking about picking up a 2004 PW50 for my 4-year-old son, but I wasn't sure if this bike would get a green or red sticker in California. Does anyone know for sure? I can't imagine the little thing puts out much in the way of harmful exhaust, but I don't know if it passes the requirements.
