2004 yz250 losing power

losing power on 2004 yz250. bike jetted correct this only happens once in a while. bike will not rev from 1/2 to full throttle while racing and practicing. reeds ok motor just got rebuilt from a bottom end meltdown. any ideas? tps or power jet prob? I havent checked any electical yet and this is the first bike with power jet but i am a auto mechanic so no probs with checking electical. any ideas helpful. clutch seems ok.

have you checked the power valves?
They should open up when the engine revs higher. But this will only occur if the engines revs up then bogs. If the bogging occurs at any rpm with high throttle, then check your exhaust to make sure nothing is stuck in there. And check your carb again to make sure everything is put together right.
