2008 YZ125 fork/shock improvements?

Hey,

We got a couple of 2008 YZ125s last week. The cylinders have gone off to be 144ed, but I'm curious has anybody dug into the forks or shock on these and come up with any improvements? What are the forks even like stock? I have a 2005 and made some changes (preload main spring and ICS and a couple of other things I can't quite remember) recommended on here and they have been fantastic since. Are the main springs preloaded or negatively preloaded like the 05? What's the preload on the ICS like? How's the valving?

Just did a 2008 YZ250F the main springs have 7mm preload with no way to reduce it other than some machining or shorter springs.Valving looks ok depending on rider weight,type of tracks and dirt.
