the 2009 ORV stickers are available at the DNR web site - KTM orange this year
go to e licenses - #105 to order - they are the better quality sticker too.
To expand on Katoom125's post on full-size rigs needing ORV stickers.
There are effectively 3 places any street licensed vehicles would need an ORV sticker:
Silver Lake Use Area; St Helens MotorSports Use Area and the Mounds ORV Use Area.
The Use Area at Black Lake is closed to full-size rigs.
Any ORV Route is just a Forest Road; Forest Roads are open to street licensed vehicles. ORV Trails are too small for most full-size vehicles (and they are not legal on them even if they can fit).
I see a lot of trucks that have ORV stickers, probably thinking they need them when operating on forest roads (ie two tracks/fire roads). They do not need the stickers; but of course, the extra funding that goes into the ORV program is not a bad thing.
And if anyone asks, street legal bikes still need an ORV sticker if they are riding on ORV Trails.
