Cool stuff AJ. I think it's time you build an RD350AF street bike now :)

Nice!
I suppose if I was still racing (MX) I'd have to ride a 4-stroke... more effective tool for putting the power to the ground, but boring IMO. 2-strokes are just more fun, and that's WHY I ride.
Good to see Service Kaw, Honda, Yam still delivering/promoting fun... (Suzy on the way?)
Glad to see all of FMF's ads for 2-stroke stuff too.
Simple is good... ring-ding-ding

i think different traxck conditions support the sttrenghts anfd weaknesses of each style of engine.

Take a sandy ,loamy and rutted ,or deep muddy track
and the 250 2 stroke is certainly just as an effective tool in MX..
or more so depending on the conditions

hard packed and slick the fo fiddy has its advantages for sure as well...

more than a few mag test have shown fundamentally the same lap times despite the bikes engine style or even displacement....?

so just pick the flavor you like the best, pepsi ,coke, or mountian dew..?
:)

I was just thinking how cool it would be to have the KX250 2-stroke motor in the new frame with the new suspension. Now I've been way out of the loop lately, what is "service kawasaki"? Is this a one-off specialty bike build one of a kind to show it off or is this something you can special order on demand or what? :whoa:

Special order from the man who makes the CR500AF, CR250AF and CRF250Jr... AJ at www.servicehonda.com

He is an artist.

Interesting. To bad Kawasaki couldn't do a limited official production of the 2-stroke with the new up to date frame. I would have to assume a custom order from a custom shop would cost a arm and a leg? It would probably be out of my price range unless Kawi did a official release.

You guys take the Kawasaki credit cards?

Also the black plastic would have to go and be swapped for white if I bought one.

too far?

Hey, I'm just dreading the day he puts one of those E-start 400EX engines in a CRF250R chassis, because then I'll be begging, borrowing, and stealing anything and everything to get me one!
