2009 Yz250f Rev's Sticking When Throttle Pulled With Clutch In At A Standstill.

Hi everyone, I'm new to these forums in hopes for some help with my bike. When the bike is at a standstill (not moving) clutch pulled in (in gear and or in neutral) alongside a blip of the throttle the bike continues to rev for increased amount of time even when the throttle has been layed off after the first blip.

I'm unsure about what to do and I would highly appreciate any advise. :THUMB:
