Sherco was born out of the passion for racing and making a better motorcycle in 1998 by Marc Teissier of France. It began with trials bikes and quickly expanded to offer enduro models. Sherco has grown enormously in 25 years and has much bigger aspirations. One can see similarities with a small company in the USA that wanted to build better bikes that John Penton started.
