I read the link but i'm kinda curious why KTM would agree to not use the two stroke unless Searle feels he would be faster on the fourstroke.

also why is everyone worried about what kind of bike this guy is on. like if hes on a 2 stroke hes going to smoke everyone or something?!?!

If he likes a 2 but isn't allowed to use it (like the current rules) then it kinda sucks for him. And the rest of us just think it would be cool to see a 2stroke out there.
