Neighbor stopped by with his 2006 KTM 250sx-f. He had pulled the clutch side cover off to replace a broken kick-start shaft. Turns out when you pull the side cover off the waterpump shaft came out which holds the timing gear on at the bottom. So it appears the cam or cams my be out of time. I have the TDC bolt locked in. My question is where exactly do the cam marks a-line at ? Don't really want to buy a manual nothing in it for me just trying to help him out. Hope someone can help me out.
