I own a "Long" 3 rail motorcycle trailer. The trailer has already had diamond plate installed between the rails to fill in the exposed ares (providing for walking space and storage between bikes) and larger tires as well. My idea is to install a 2' - 3' removeable sides on it, so that items can be more secure while transporting and so that the trailer can more versatile for other things.
-- Has anyone ever done this and if so, can you share some insight or ideas for me. Great.

Wel i do not have a 3 rail trailer but am making a trailer right now and almost finished. All I have to do is sand blast itand paint it. I have 12" side rails on mine. All you have to is get some angle iron and then weld in uprights and then the top rail. But if you do not have a welder it would be a lot harder.
