The first time I removed the short screen plug with the Allen head bolt I almost resorted to a cheater bar to break it loose! [img]http://dirtrider.net/ubb2/eek.gif[/img] I have found that an easy way to make sure that the long screen goes in correctly is to put it in with the bike laying on its right side like the manual says to do with the orange beast when changing the oil filters. It's easier to see down in the motor to make sure the screen is in the right hole on the opposite side of the motor than when the bike is standing up. You now have me scared on that stupid 8 mm Allen head bolt in the bottom of the motor on the short screen! I'm going to have to check on an alternate bolt configuration for my piece of mind! I'm going to defer making any recommendation for the stripped out Allen head hole. It is outside my area of expertise. A good machinist could definitely take care of it. Good Luck on the repairs.
