I currently ride a 2001 YZ 426 with the suspension settings stock. I want to ride motocross and am going to a track this weekend, so I would like to setup the suspension for my weight, height, and skill. I am 6' 1, 205 lbs., and a beginner/novice. I have ridden trails for years but this is my first move on to a track. Any help setting up my suspension would be appreciated. Specifically, I would like to know what I should set my fork damping and compression to, as well as setting up the rear shock.
