Apparently the left side rad on my 93 KDX 200 is worth 500 (CAD) bucks to replace!! Are you kidding me? It's leaking out of the top of the rad when it get's hot. Would JB weld be able to fix this? I can't afford 500 bucks on a rad - bike's only worth 1,400 tops. Thanks,
Send it to a radiator repair shop, there is a great one but i can remeber the name. Its pretty cheap and the rad comes back new. Someone here knows the name of the shop.
i sent one off my old RM to Myler's radiator shop in Utah and they can fix it , mine was dented and twisted do to a crash . their phone # is 1-800-367-7699 .
If it's just leaking out of the top, I would take it to an automotive radiator repair shop. They can flush it and re braze the leak shut.
The only real difference between your bikes' rad and a cars is the size.
