If her feet ain't on the ground, she don't like it!! I'd love a glider ride or a hot baloon ride, but unfortunately, she'd vomit!:(
San Diego might be a possibilty, maybe a tour from Dad or Pivey??!:)

San Diego is REAL close to the Baja Peninsula!!!!!!!!!!!! Rosarita Beach baby!

Actually, take the bridge over to Coronado, it's a real experience. The hotel is amazing.

Simple gift...... Hand written lovey dovey letter on a plain white piece of paper and some flowers from the guy on the side of the freeway.

I discovered that the flowers from the guy on the offramp have more meaning. Apparently since I didnt plan to buy them;) and it was spur of the moment... it meant more.

Ok Elk.

I can see you are serious about this. Here's one I'm sure will work.

In Belmont Shores they have a company that does gondola rides.

Only about $70 bucks and they take you through the canals of Venice. They provide a loaf of bread and some cheese, but, you have to bring your own wine. The guy will stop under one of the bridges and sing you and your bride a little song.

If you decide to do it, try to schedule it so you are coming back across the bay at sunset. AWESOME!!

Mrs. Ol'89r and I did this last valentines day and it was great.

Also, there are many nice resturants in Belmont Shores.

I will see if I can find the phone number for you, but, if I can't, I know they are in the phone book.

Elk what kind of car does your wife have?
Step1. Go to your local hardware store
Step2. Buy a sawzall
Step3. Cut a hole in her roof
Step4. Give her a sun roof.

How's that for help:moon:

But seriously is this suppose to be a wife/husband ONLY thing? Because I heard the women love a little gold or platinum (high rollers lol) locket with a pic of you and your kid, with some sort of 6 year engraving in it?
Women dig personalized items like that.
If not a killer locket,Then you could always do the same with a charm bracelet, every year you give her a new charm and she adds to it, once again I spoke with some girls and this is suppose to be huge, or course you can't cheap out and by the little girly ones you have to be the expensive ones at like 80 bucks a charm:scream: after 10 years you got one expensive bracelet,
Now if jewlery ain't your or her thing, than go with the sawzall, it's a sure hit right buddy?:p

You're outta control ridr! :debil: She already has a sunroof in her burb anyway, so that's out, but I'll keep it in mind. I like the locket idea with pictures and maybe a nice picnic at the local mx track, I mean park! I've still got weeks to plan, in a man's mind, that's centuries!!
