B brett campbell Member Dec 17, 2005 35 0 Jun 4, 2013 #2 No way to test the cdi but you can test the stator coils with an ohm meter. You will need the factory specs to know if they are bad. Same with the ignition coil. You need a repair manual to find the specs unless someone on here has them.
