83 Yamaha IT 175 piston

I am rebuilding an IT 175 that is in almost original condition. It runs good but has piston slap noise. I notice the piston is no longer available and Wiseco doesn't make one for the 82/83 model year. Do I have any other options? I wonder if an IT200 cylinder and piston would fit.

The IT175 from 81 will not work. The IT200 will work. Just the piston.
