I just put all new seals in the bottom end and a fresh top end. New cylinder, new namura piston. Bike started for a few seconds and died. New air filter, brand new plug. Gas may be old. Have checked timing multiple times and it looks right, have blue spark. Checked carb and the bowl wasnt filling with fuel. Got that fixed and now do not seem to be getting fuel passed the carb. Did some checking and the idle speed/ choke knob is broken. Would that keep the bike from starting? Dont seem like it has a whole lot of compression but the ring is not seated yet either.

Have you checked the valve clearance? I have set it on my DRZ125 after a rebuild then after it ran for a couple minutes I checked it again and was out of tolerance.

Scratch that, I was thinking XR not CR. You dont have valves. I it doesnt seem to have compression I would say its a reed valve malfunction.
