99 CR-250 set-up?

I recently purchased a used 99 CR-250 and I'm looking for suggestions on setting it up for motocross in Michigan (approx. 1500 ft. elevation). Can anyone put me in the right direction? Any information will be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks
