i got my bike finally today, but when its in gear, and i pull the clutch in, it still crancks the motor over..., i adjusted the cable on the perch to the max, but it still turns it over, it has new clutch plates in it, could it be that my garage is -1 and its too cold and the clutch plates are "frozen" together, and that after i let the bike warm up i sould be fine? or do i need to call the dealr again?
Zook clutchs are junk they are graby and hard to start in gear. My freind who has riden zooks for along time told me the only way to fix it is a new billet basket.
Um, you don't want to wear the clutch down...that wouldn't be a good idea. My friend has a 99 and 00 RM125. He just replaced the 99's clutch with a Hinson, and it made everything better. Hope that helps
i do believe it was the cold... i warmed it up, its about 5 or so now, and then held in the front break, and put it in first(witht he clutch) and it just stalled, then i held in both breaks, and did the same thing, and gave it plenty of gas, and just kept reving it every few seconds, now its a lot better, but my mom wouldent let me go and try putting it in second.. but it seems the prblem was new plates, and cold weater
