Hi guys, im having clutch issues, straight to the point. I have a RM125 07 and when I go to put it in gear pull the clutch in gear, the revs drop and usually stalls, like there is no clutch... I have played with the adjustment I tightened it so there was no slack, was very stiff, loosened it so had a little bit of play, still taking off when i have clutch pulled and put it into gear. Also when i'm riding and i pull the clutch in, it works then it starts taking off again, then stops the drive, then takes off again. I have had plates out they look fine, i've tried putting washes by the clutch springs, didn't do anything. I'm thinking of filing down the clutch basket where the plates hit the basket, as there are resionable groves there. Are they ment to be there? Need help, i'm out of ideas. Please share this with your friends, need answers. THANKS! :D

Suzuki clutches leave much to be desired.

As mentioned, you most likely need an aftermarket basket.
Check the hub for notching too... a new OEM is only about $60.
Check the steel drive plates for warping, bluing, over-heating.
I run a thinner oil to help eliminate drag. Automotive ATF type F, changed every 5 hours or so.
