I figured it out, this was shot just after he crash on the first set of woops and his ear ring got stuck to his nipple ring....or maybe not

Cleverly, and using a stick to prop it up, the berm people erected a scarecrow they thought would keep away those pesky motocross kids.

Surprisingly, the scarecrow fell over even more when painted red instead of the usual green. Even when it had a larger stick up it's butt.
