I just picked up a pair after reading all the testimonials on this site. The instructions are pretty vague about adjustments, seems like making sure the are tight around your upper and lower leg is all they need. If there is an area they came off cheaply on it's the instructions, most kids toys come with better. Can anyone give me tips on making sure they are set up correctly, things like extension limiter, how much is enough? Also they came with four pads and two small round pieces of velcro but no instructions on what these are for. Also anyone use them for anything but mc riding? I was going to use these for skiing as well since that's what did in my MCL.
